Feliz viernes! Hoy les traigo un descubrimiento que sin duda será la revolución femenina y por supuesto nuestra mayor alegría. Alce la mano quien detesta esos días en que nos llega la regla y tenemos que recurrir a los tampones o toallas sanitarias? Yo personalmente, y aquí les voy a contar una intimidad, tengo unas reglas muy largas y abundantes con lo que siempre tengo que hacer uso de un tampón y una toalla sanitaria para evitar desastres, pero gracias a Cocoro y sus braguitas que absorben el flujo vaginal y de la menstruación esto cambiará! Probablemente los días de menos regla puedes llevarlas todo el día sin ningún problema y sin necesidad de cambiarte, mientras que los de más, como yo, con una tampón y la braga ya va genial.

But for sure you lot’s of questions, because I had too, and on of them was, for how long can I wear them? Well I have to tell you that this will depend on each women and their fluid that is why it is better if you can try them and find out how they work better for you. Probably on days with light fluid you can use them all day without having to change while on days with heavier flow, you can use them with a tampon just as I did.

La verdad que para mí ha sido todo un descubrimiento que no sé porque no se había pensado antes así que les recomiendo que las prueben, no sólo por su comodidad sino porque con su usos de paso ayudamos a reducir el impacto de residuos plásticos de las compresas y a la larga hasta puede llegar a ser un ahorro económico.

I have to say that for me it has been the discovery of my life and I do not know why nobody had think about it before so I really recommend you to try it, not only because they are really comfy but also because if we wear them we are helping to reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste caused by pads, and at the end it will also save us money.
