Feliz día!!! Hoy toca viernes beauty ! El sábado pasado me invitaron al #Medik8beautybrunch en el restaurante Trópico para conocer de primera mano los productos de la marca de cosmecéuticos Medik 8. Confieso que no conocía esta marca pero tengo que decirles que cuentan con una completa línea de avanzados productos para el cuidado de la piel diseñados para tratar efectivamente todos los signos de envejecimiento y revelar una piel visiblemente más joven, así que, quién no quiere eso? Además durante el evento nos hicieron un estudio personalizado de la piel y me quedé muy contenta con el resultado ya que a pesar de la edad, mi piel está bastante bien, eso si, necesita mucha hidratación, es lo que tiene la piel blanca y pecosa. 😦

Happy day!! Today we have a beauty Friday!! Last Saturday I was invited to the #Medik8beautybrunch at Trópico restaurant to know a little bit more about Medik 8 cosmeceuticals. I have to confess that I did not knew this beauty brand but I really like what I discovered. Medik 8 counts with a complete and advance line of cosmetics designed to treat effectively all aging signs and reveal a more younger skin, don’t we all want this? Also we had the opportunity to have a personalized skin study from which results I was very happy since despite my age my skin looks pretty good even that it needs a lot of hydration. This is the result of having a white and freckled skin. 😦

No sé si les había dicho antes pero yo soy muy fan de la Vitamina C por todos los beneficios que esta nos aporta a la piel (antioxidante, regeneradora, hidratante e iluminadora) y desde hace muchos años no falta en mi ritual de belleza este tipo de sueros y al parecer la Vitamina C de Medik8 es una de las mejores así que como imaginarán ya estoy deseando probarla para contarles qué tal. Otra cosa muy importante que aprendí es que en nuestras rutinas de belleza además de la Vitamina C, que se puede usar durante todo el año, no pueden faltar productos con Vitamina A y Vitamina E. La Vitamina A ayuda a combatir los signos de la edad ya que hace que las células se renueven de forma más rápida lo que favorece a la producción de colágeno y la Vitamina E es antioxidante y muy regeneradora. Así que ya saben, si quieren tener una piel cuidada y lozana no olviden de utilizar productos con estas tres vitaminas!! Y obviamente no sólo hay que cuidarse por fuera sino por dentro así que por eso pudimos disfrutar de varios batidos antiox y una comida deliciosa y de lo más healthy gracias a Trópico! I’m not sure that if I have told you before that I’m super fan of the Vitamin C serums for all the benefits that it brings to our skin (antiox, regenerative, moisturizer and enlightening). I have been using this kind of serums for a long time but it seems that the Vitamin C from Medik 8 is really effective, so as soon as I’ll try it I’ll keep you posted! Another important thing that I learned was that also the Vitamin A and Vitamin E are very important complements for our skin. The Vitamin A helps us fight against aging signs by renovating in a fast way our cells and producing collagen. The Vitamin E is also antiox and regenerative. So now you know that if you want to have a nice good looking skin you need to include these three vitamins in your products!! And of course you also have to take care of your body from the inside so as you can imagine we had really nice antiox shakes as well a delicious and healthy food thanks to Trópico.
