Denim dress and gladiator sandals!

Feliz domingo!!! Justo en el post del martes (aquí) les hablé de lo mucho que amo los looks denim, y hoy precisamente llevo un vestido camisero denim. Hace ya varios meses que estaba buscando un vestido de este tipo ya que considero que es una pieza súper cómoda y que puede dar mucho juego dependiendo de los complementos con que lo acompañes. Y ya saben que yo soy Miss Complementos!! Jeje! Hoy tenía ganas de un look cómodo y decidí combinarlo con mis sandalias de de tiras, tendencia de la cual también les hablé hace poco aquí y que como les comenté en su momento, no me he podido resistir. Eso si, tengo que confesarles que el primer día que me las puse se me fueron soltando a medida que iba caminando, es más, pensé no volver a usarlas hasta que Silvia, de The Pink Innuendo (la han visto por aquí en algunos de los looks inspiracionales) me comentó que a ella le había pasado lo mismo pero que a medida que las iba usando le iba pasando menos, así que decidí darles otra oportunidad y en efecto, a medida que más las uso menos se me caen, jeje, así que si se animan a comprar un par y la primera vez acaban harta de ellas, denles otra oportunidad. 😉 Y se habrán dado cuenta que últimamente ando en un mood bastante retro así que decidí ponerme un pañuelo en la cabeza al más puro estilo años 60. Para acabar con este look casual opté por mi bolso bandolera de Michael Kors que me encanta. También les cuento que estrené algunos de mis maquillajes Lancôme que me llegaron a casa hace pocos días y aproveché a poner en práctica algunos tips que me dieron durante una clase de maquillaje con su maquillador Roberto Avellán, de hecho, el lápiz de labios rosa fuerte que llevo creo que me lo verán mucho porque me encanta como queda y además es súper hidratante. Espero que les guste el look de hoy y como siempre que acaben de pasar un súper domingo!!

Happy Sunday! In my latest inspirational post (here) I told you how much I loved denim outfits and actually today I’m wearing a denim dress. I was looking for this sort of shirt dress for a while so when I saw this one it was just what I wanted. I think this dress is pretty versatile depending on the accessories you wear it with, and as you know… I’m Miss Accessories!! Haha!! I was in a mood of a comfy look today so I paired the dress with my gladiator sandals, trend that I have also posted about it here and as I told you I have not been able to resist it. But I have a confession to make, the first time I wore these sandals they untied almost as I walked by. As you can imagine when I arrived home I was so pissed of that I decided not to wear them anymore. Luckily, Silvia from The Pink Innuendo (and whom you have seen several times in my inspirational posts) told me that the same thing happened to her the first time but then the most she wore the sandals the less that they untied. I decided the give them another chance and it works, now they fit perfect!! So if you have a similar pair and the first day they get on your nerves, give them another chance!! 😉 Also you might have noticed that lately I’m a lot into the retro mood and that is why I decided to wear a scarf on my hair pretty typical on the 60’s. To finish this casual outfit I’m wearing my Michael Kors cross body bag. I want to tell you that I’m wearing my new Lancôme make ups that just arrived home this week and I got the chance to practice some of the tips that their make up artist, Roberto Avellán gave me a few weeks ago. In fact, the pink lipstick I’m wearing has become one of my favorites since it looks really nice and moisture a lot the lips. Hope you like today’s look and as always I wish you a great day!!
