Midi skirt and over the knee boots

Feliz domingo!! Hoy les traigo un look con toques ochenteros. Como saben, mi family estuvo por aquí en Navidades y mi mami aprovechó para traerme un cargamento de su ropa de invierno, que con los 35 grados de media que hay en mi ciudad natal, obviamente no le da mucho uso. Para el look de hoy escogí una falda midi de lana del 81, súper calentita y decidí combinarla con unas botas altas café, una suéter de cuello alto con uno de los colores del año pasado, orquídea radiante, y un chaleco de pelos. El toque final fue dado por la bandolera de Coach y un collar con mi inicial. Al verme con este look no pude evitar recordarme de esos outfits de los “Ángeles de Charlie” de los 80’s. Seguro muchas de ustedes no tienen ni idea de lo que les hablo porque están pensado en la versión del 2000 con Drew Barrymore y compañía, pero en realidad en los 70 y principios de los 80 Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson y Jaclyn Smith nos deleitaron con un glamour y “girl power” digno de envidiar. Así que aquí les dejo este look con ese toque de “Ángeles de Charlie” ochentero que espero que les guste! 😉

Happy Sunday!! Today’s look is super 80’s feeling! As you know, my family came to spent the holidays with me and my mom brought me a lot of her winter clothes that with an average weather of 35 degrees in my hometown you can imagine that she never wears them. For today’s look I chose a midi wool skirt from 81, super cozy and feminine. I paired it with my OTK boots, a turtle neck sweater in the color of last year, radiant orchid and a faux fur vest. The final touch was given with my Coach cross body bag and a necklace with my initial. When I saw my look I couldn’t help but remember those outfits of the “Charlie’s Angels” series from the 80’s. For sure many of you have no clue what I’m talking about and you might have in mind the version from 2000 with Drew Barrymore and company, but in the 70’s and 80’s Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith thrilled us with lot’s of glamour and girl power worthy of envy. I hope you like this look with some 80’s Charlie’s Angels touch! 😉
