Look of the Week: My yellow necklace

Feliz domingo!!! Mi look de hoy está inspirado en base a los complementos. Hace algún tiempo estaba buscando un collar amarillo, pero no encontraba ninguno que me gustara del todo hasta que vi el collar que llevo hoy de ámbar y lino negro en Nammu pues me recordó a mi época en que viví en República Dominicana.

Ya varias veces les he hablado de esta tienda online de joyas (aquí, aquí) puesto que tiene cosas monísimas y a precios increíbles. Aunque seguramente no les suene mucho ya que antes se llamaba Uttu y ahora, para internacionalizarse han cambiado el nombre a Nammu. Además, y como se habrán imaginado por el tipo de collar que llevo hoy, ahora también tienen todo tipo de piezas en ámbar, desde pulseras, colgantes, collares, anillos, pendientes y hasta piedras en este material. Pero si no son muy fans del ámbar, también cuentan con piezas en lapislázuli y su ya tradicionales joyas en Swarovski. En todo caso, cuando me llegó el collar ya sabía cómo lo iba a combinar puesto que también tenía ganas de estrenar un clutch de & Other Stories en color azul, blanco, negro y amarillo que me compré en rebajas. Para que los complementos destacaran opté por colores en tonos oscuros. Blusa azul Klein y falda de cuero negro se convirtieron en las prendas ideales para darle protagonismo a mis nuevos accesorios, con un cinturón dorado para dar un poco de luz. 😉 Ahh, y de zapatos… mis súper plataformas amarillas de Pull & Bear que desde que me las compré casi ni me las quito por lo cómodas y combinables que son. Happy Sunday!! Today’s look inspiration is based on the accessories. I was looking a yellow necklace for a while but without success until I found the yellow amber necklace from Nammu that I’m wearing today and that reminded me my time in the Dominican Republic.

I have already talked about this jewelry online store a few times (here, here) because it has so many nice things an at incredible prices. Maybe this name doesn’t ring the bell to you now because before it was called Uttu and now they have changed their name in order to be more competitive worldwide. But if you are not pretty fond of amber, they also have ultramarine pieces and of course Swarovski jewelry. Anyway, and going back to business, when my necklace arrived, I knew how I will combine it because I also wanted to wear a &Other Stories clutch that I bought on sales in yellow, blue, white and black tones. In order to give more relevance the my new acceessories I wore dark colors, blue Klein blouse and black leather skirt seemed the perfect garments to go with these accessories, and also a gold thin belt to give some light to the outfit. 😉 Ohh, and the shoes… my super yellow wedges from Stradivarius that are so comfy and wearable that since I bought them I have been wearing them almost every day!!
